Our mission at FROSTRITE to be the premiere soft serve and refrigeration solutions provider in the Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington DC area.
At FROSTRITE, our goal is to support foodservice operators with the critical equipment they need to provide their loyal customers their favorite soft serve treats and beverages.
Through our repair and maintenance services, your equipment will be maintained to manufacturer standards while helping to reinforce your foodservice hygiene standards so your customers have the best experience every time.

Services
Free up your time and don’t worry about that missing o-ring. We provide routine cleaning services for Electro Freeze and Elmeco freezers. All parts that come in contact with food products must be cleaned per manufacturer recommendations or local health code on a routine basis. We provide weekly to quarterly cleaning services. By choosing our cleaning service you can be assured the equipment has been properly cleaned and ready for your customer’s next treat.
Does your experienced team need a refresher or are you starting the season with brand new operators needing to be brought up to speed? Schedule a freezer training for your team. We will review proper assembly, operation, cleaning and daily maintenance of your freezer. We look forward to helping make your operation run efficiently.
FROSTRITE will provide factory trained service repairs on your refrigeration equipment. We specialize in Electro Freeze and Elmeco soft serve freezers. Backed by a 30 labor guarantee. Service calls will include a 1-hour minimum and will be billed in 15 min increments, $120 per hour. Travel charges will be based on mileage
($50 travel within Washington DC, $1 per mile over 50 miles. Any service trip over 150 miles will require a return trip fee of $50)
